People are disappearing and dying in the Diamond City

So I made a thread like a one or two hours ago about missing Piper, but I forgot to mention in that thread, that she is not the only one who is missing. All these things happened like two or three weeks ago, I just was too lazy then to ask why, so I'm creating this thread now.

So except Piper, Arturo, one of Dugout Inn brothers and someone else (not that important person) are missing. I won't be talking about Piper here, I made another thread for that, but Arturo, the gun dealer is gone, I can't find him in his home, or anywhere else in DC.
One of the Bobrovs brothers is gone too, I have completed the quest where me and Travis had to go to the old warehouse and save him, he was back and well, but now his brother is gone, the one that rents the rooms for player.

Also there is like 4-5 dead bodies arround the DC, mainly near the market, they're cizitens of the DC, I have no clue who killed them, also that dude who is selling baseball bats is dead as well, I found his head near the Dugout Inn, then I found his body nearby, under the table.

What the ♥♥♥♥ is going on?
I'm not complaining about it, but I'm really curious about what the heck is going on in the DC. Have it ever happened to anyone else, or people are dying and dissapearing just in my game?
I'm the director of the Institute by the way, the most useless post in the whole Commonwealth, however I don't think that those nerds have captured Arturo, mr. Bobrov and Piper to infect the with FEV or replace with synths..

I seriuosly thought that maybe there is some serial killers like random event, or "hidden quest", easter egg or anything like that, but I can't find anyone who could kill those people and who could kidnap someone. Baseball fan is atleast dead, so the mystery is who killed him, but for example, Arturo is simply missing. It's disturbing

Known bug where for no reason at all after the synth/not synth scene happens in the marketplace people start taking random amounts of damage every 10 seconds. Sorry to say your game is farked and you're going to have to load a save BEFORE that event happens.

Damn.. That reminds me about that old "joke"

Bethesda: Yes.

I have no saves made before, I deleted all of them, because game started crashing for me and deleting old saves was the only one thing that fixed it, so I will have to live with the fact, that there is some sort of "boogeyman" in the DC.
