Totally agree
New Vegas was just a big, empty desert with boring and empty locations and barely anything to explore.
LOL
FO4 has TONS of locations to explore and the majority of those places reward you for the exploration and give you at least SOMETHING.
I remember mutliple places in New Vegas where I found absolutely nothing. Just some empty buildings without anything in them, not even a terminal or something for some little lore or whatever.
Of course most of the buildings within the city in FO4 are empty, creating an interior to enter for every building would have taken ages.
The Shock wave from the blast was strong enough to reach out even to Sanctuary, Collapsing Houses, Tearing roofs off, And doing other major Damage.
According to the submarine commander, The city was "Already on fire" when he Arrived. but you don't see much of any actual fire damage in Boston.
And lastly, The Earthquake caused from the detonation of a Nuclear Weapon so close to the city should of Rocked Boston. Things like Trinity tower SHOULD NOT be standing.
I get the whole "yeah we scaled things back so the player had a city to explore" thing, But at least New Vegas explained why Vegas survived, And D.C actually looked like it took the right amount of Damage. Boston just looks like most of its damage comes from Neglect over 200 years than an Actual atomic bomb.
Geez, you guys are *still* butthurt?
The emperor has no clothes, and the fanboys don't like what they see. Sorry Obsidian wasn't all you wanted them to be.
Glad to see someone supports the Federal Labor case against Obisidian too! They can't keep getting away with these disgusting business practices.
