CTD Entering RobCo Sales and Service Center
Trying to do the Restoring Order quest, I enter the building and it loads. Then, when it finishes, it crashes. Immediately. I don't have any clue why it would be this way. I have verified my game cache, configured with settings a little bit, and went back to an old save, but nothing a difference. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I looked this up and could only find one person who could solve their issue. They solved their issue by not having things on that could cause sparks/ having a different ui. I took off all of my clothes and weapons to have the same effect and that did not work.
I have an AMD, Windows 10, and about 30 mods, but they only affect graphics and lighting and basic gameplay things (like stimpaks not having an animation.)

FIX

I disabled each mod and it did not do anything, however, when I started disabling my .esps it worked immediately. The .esp that was the cause of all of this in the end was Scrap Everything.

Try temporarily disableing the save it does when changing cells not sure which one it is though.

There may be an issue that happens when it tries to save during the transition.

Sorry, but the first part of your comment confuses me a bit- what do you mean by disabling the save?

Unless you are in survival mode in the fallout 4 settings it has several options of when it auto saves the game one of these makes a save when you enter a door to an interior cell or exit to an exterior cell.

By temporarily turning that type of save off we can see if there is some issue like an anti virus or other program that is trying to interact with that new save file that might be the reason for the game crashing when it should be rendering the new cell in this case robco.

I turned off all of the auto-save settings and it made no difference, it still crashed as soon as the loading sequence was done.
I've also tried different entrances to see if that helped along with the changes, but it still crashed. I put some more details in the main thread as well.

If I have been playing steady for a few hours I get weird stuff like that at anytime, it just goes CTD instantly. Rebooting the PC and restarting the game fixes it. I alt-tab several times during the game looking at other stuff as well and I sometimes get critical memory allocations failure popups so I'm guessing memory leak.

All these years later this was the exact fix I needed today
