Quests not triggering/Dialog Bug

Sometimes when I finish a quest and I want to start a new one its not working. When I try to talk with the specific NPC he is just using normal dialog lines but it won't trigger any quest.

I just finished "Be my Valetine". I headto Diamond City and he couldn't trigger the quest. On my way it was already odd because usually the main quest auto triggers. But it didn't.

I already tried SetStage, sqs,.. in console. Nothing works...

Also sometimes when Itry to speak with an NPC the game doesn't "recognize" me and the dialog begins again until it "captured" me.

Ok no chance. It seems no one can solve the unkown dialog bug. I know I already posted a answer but I was wrong. Whatever I do at a certain point of the story line like 50-80% quests will not trigger, whatever I do. And no the usual setstage and whatever console commands don't work. Is here anyone who knows this strange bug?

Maybe you broke your save useing console .

Could be on of the LL FP mods messing up with the dialogue system, due to load order. I can see your mod list, but not how it was sorted. Did you sort it with LOOT?

You could also try this mod to see which mod has edited the character last. Note that it might not give accurate reply, if dialogue was edited instead of the character. It might be a start though. New console window will give LastBaseChange, which may bring up the culprit.
