Wildwood Cemetery question

I remember back when fallout 4 launched when wildwood cemetery was infested by a ♥♥♥♥ ton of ghouls. but now it seems like each time I visit the place it's empty except for the lone raider. does anyone else remember this or am I just mandela effecting super hard right now?

Same. I think it's tied to the level of the character. Went at low level and the lone raider wasn't there either. Went back at 30+, no signs of ghoul pack either, but I was attacked by a group of raider

huh yeah you may be right
