Face Preset Not saving "the way i want" -Looks Menu

I'm doing multiple "natural" face presets but for some weird reason everytime i save a female face preset, the preset shows up with lipstick and eye shadow

and when i save a male preset the preset shows up with beard
when i select the preset with and go to the extras tab and i look at the makeup/beard tab i see the lipstick and the eye shadow (or beard if the character is male) selected, i deselected and i save it in a new preset.

but the same thing happens, appears with makeup/beard on... any way i can fix this? i tried unistalling and installing looks menu but doe not work
