(Far Harbor) Is it possible to send uncle Ken back to his farm?

I love charisma built characters, so in quest The Hold Out I easily conwinced Ken to go to Far Harbor where he would be safe n sound and not be bothered by trappers or gulpers.

But I kinda regret that position since every time I see him he complains how hes chased off from home or some similar shet. I later also decided to make his farm a proper settlement with proper defenses and stuff. Its as close to paradise you can get to in far Harbor now and I wish Ken would be there as well.

So any console commands or mods to move Ken there? I cant really load save where he was still living there. Too much time has passed and I dont wanna lose all the experience
