You know how to find them, you find them.
If you don't wanna do it then try a guide online, nobody is gonna sit and tell you where all 35 are.
if you just go through the story, you'll collect most of them as you move through the areas and pay attention to the enviornment, they're pretty easy to see.

Lately, though, I've had a habit of farming the junkyard to get 20 star cores so that I can rush into Starport Nuka and disable the robots without destroying any of them (because I like having active robots walking around in there).
Me I am still looking for the last two star cores for that power armor your talking about, but I do have the other two I mentioned..
