Hand to Hand weapon damage
Sry I'm not a native english speaker and don't quite get what Scav Issue's #3 does exactly. "+10% hand to hand weapon damage". Now what tf is hand to hand exactly? All melee weapons or just things like knuckles?

I would imagine it updates the listing in the pipboy with the correct damage.

you get +10% melee and unarmed damage for each point of strength. I'd imagine its probably that.
