Disappearing build menu tabs. . . How to fix them

So this issue just popped back up. If you have had your building menu goof up and are now missing any of the default tabs, here is how you fix it.

Watch this video and follow the instructions. All of them. And don't use the link in the video as it is no longer available. Instead, I will leave a link to the Bethesda.net mod that is still functioning.

It doesn't matter if you've used the mods related to it or not. This "fixer" mod will reset the default building menu tabs. It's very important to follow the directions. And it may take a couple tries. But, it WILL work! Even if you dont use mods, this will work. And if you want to go back to unmodded games, simply remove the mod.
