Problem with New T-Shirt Creation
I personally haven't bought it, but apparently the description claims it has 25 new T-shirts while if you look in the Creation Kit, it only adds 19 new T-shirts and 3 new notes. It's shown in this video beginning at 12:52.

I dunno. I was admiring the talent behind it and was considering it. I would hope they can count; they should be well aware of false advertising repercussions, if that is what you're insinuating.

talent?
moast of it is copy paste textures in photoshop, and there is that blatant lie as the OP pointed out they say 25 and there is only 19.
that constitutes as fraud

Technically, with male and female versions, there's 38. So they are safe from false advertising claims.

in a sensible court that argument will not hold

Well, no one stopped anyone from creating them prior. I still think they look decent.

If you bring in 38 photos of t-shirts, it will hold.

But a sensible court would never have stopped laughing at your "fraud" claim. You're one of those "all the CC content should be free with the Season Pass" people, aren't you?

In a private, digital marketplace it will never hold up in court and you will be laughed at.
In a public auction, public marketplace, or global marketplace where you aren't the manager then it would definitely matter.

i dont claim that all cc should be free i never have, the thing is they still havent produced anything on the CC worth paying for at all.
and maybe it would hold in e US court but not in a EU court as the EU court would state its the same item wheter or not its on a male or female body.

the only reason it would never get to court is that its ''only 2 dollars''

Quick question: If two different models with the same texture are "the same item" then how come two same models with different textures are different items?

the texture is what counts, since the mesh would constitute a body.

The thing is most people buying CC stuff are not reading the petty dramas of the Steam et al community. Some can only get stuff on console. The rest are like me and too inept to make our own creations and have no ethical constraints in mixing mods from Nexus and CC content. Besides, much stuff is free on there. None of which is relevant to accusing Bethesda of fraud. It's just another I hate CC/Beth thread.

Have fun counting T-shirt assets so you can say "Gotchya"

You're just jealous you didn't think to do it first. Make fun of me if you want but no need to berate the creators.
