how do you sleep in an owned bed

Do you need to hit a certain level or is there a console command? Game seems to say you can do so but how?

You can not sleep in an owned bed.

The owned bed message is telling you someone else owns the bed. You can't beat that. You have to either gain control of that settlement or, if it's a hotel, rent the room.

I know what the console command is to change ownership. If for some reason I forgot I have this thing in my browser called a bookmark.

The OP tried to claim you could sleep in an owned bed. Which was why I said you can not sleep in an owned bed.
