Didnt get the problem solver.
I passed the speech check to get problem solver but i didnt get it. Is this some kind of a bug?

If you are past that point in the story, you can just buy the Splattercannon from the Nuka-Town market instead. It's the exact same thing with a different name.

If you talk to Gage about the leaders he says the Pack leader respects strength.
