Long Road Ahead Daisy Bug

So I started the long road ahead, and I encountred zero issues throughout the quest. all I have to do is give the cure to Daisy,
the Dialouge is initiated and the 4 options are presented to me "Live with guilt, MacCready's trust etc"
But whenever I try to choose one, it doesn't register. It shows the choice being clicked, the options are gone for a frame but then it shows up again.
Doesn't matter what is chosen. I tried to finish the quest via console command but it still doesn't solve the issue.

I should also mention that all of Daisy's dialouge after her first line is skipped, MacCready doesn't pause as if waiting for her to finish and keeps saying his lines

Goodneighbor was badly designed as 90% of the time you enter it your companions will 'sandbox' the idle markers in that opening courtyard.

BEFORE talking to Daisy, Force Macready to stand in front of her stall THEN start the conversation with her.

I already do that, problem is with the dialouge options, they simply don't register.

Also I think the problem is bigger than just this quest< Daisy herself is bugged along with Cricket and Trashcan carla, they stopped acting as Vendors and only do flavor speeches. I'm starting to think the whole save is somewhat corrupted

Have you found a solutuon to this, i have the exact same problem and can't find a way to fix this.

No unfortunately, the save was corrupted and i had to start a new from what I remember.

IF you haven't done Daisy's "Oh my god you are a ghoul, I have never seen one before..." dialogue you need to do it. That will open up the #1 dialogue slot for McCready's thing.

They had the same problem in Skyrim where you have to do their stuff before they can do supporting stuff.

Yeah, had the same issue just a few minutes ago. You may want to get pass the dialog via using command terminal, just type：player.setstage 00027411 255, it enables you to the successful ending of this quest.( if you want to end up failing the quest, type 355 instead of 255)
For survival difficulty, you probably want to use a mod so that the command terminal will be plausible.
