No Refrigerators?

I've had this game since it came out, and they haven't added refrigerators into the settlement building options?

Try a mod called "CREAtive Clutter" from the Nexus.

It's a fairly popular mod with a lot of support, that adds a bunch of detailed items and assorted settlement props to the crafting menu.

This. It even has so many different types of fridges, Many of them having the option to make drinks ice-cold. I personally like the one made out of the cryolator case.

I am using this mod for my kitchen stuff, including fridges. It also has options for water sinks, which is a nice feature for larger settlements.
