Stealth-Pistol with Knife build

I've seen some videos about build's, but now I want to change from a sniper build, to a stealthy pistol and knife build. Any suggestion about perks and points spent for early levels?

I mean... the perks are pretty self explanatory. Big Leagues, Gunslinger, Sneak, Sandman and Ninja would be the obvious choice for that kind of build.

Well a back story would really help. S.P.E.A.C.I.L.E stats would help 2
