Why no kissing/cuddling mod?

Seems like a relatively simple thing to give your romance a boost, give you partner a quick smooch or spoon them on a bed.

But nothing yet, is there a technical reason this mod might be difficult to make?

There are fewer modders in general for Fallout 4, which most likely means fewer animators, also.

People just don't want it. They want big breasts and full on porn mods, but no one wants to just cuddle. That concept just doesn't enter the picture. It's an alien concept. Frankly, I think the authors of some of these "better females" mods have never actually seen a female in real life.

Absolutely not true. Thats like saying people want Reality TV. No, all you provide is reality TV because it's significantly cheaper to make. The absense of evidence is not the Absinthe of whatever.

Just for the record, I want both or as much as I can get. Either allows me to roleplay in greater detail my characters and choose my actions. Never a bad thing. I have never played a game and complained I had too much to do (well maybee TW:WH and micromanaging units).

Anyway, animating characters isn't easy. I've been trying to learn Inverse Kinematics to animate characters in more lifelike movements that don't oddly warp the character mesh during certain positions and transitions. (I use Blender 3D for this).
One of the biggest issues I come across everytime is how the base "skeltons" in game characters seem to be lacking a specific set of "bones" that would enable more lifelike movements. More specificially, those bones which are found normally in humans from the waist down.
There is a website called "TrueBones" which has a plethora of Motion Capture, Foward and Inverse Kinematic animations for private and commercial use in animating character base skeltons.

I've watched a lot of the "intimate" animations made by those people found in the "Lab" ..
Yeah, I had to turn off "Safe Search" to view these animations in the browser.
I'll be frank and blunt about this.
Those are among the worst, cheapassed amature made sex animations I've ever seen.
Sure, when you're someone whose testosterone levels are driving you insane with desire to hump and procreate (even) with a camel ... those animations are enough to make you wank off your urgency to practice making babies on a human being. At least that'll keep you off the street and out of trouble... until you lock your eyes on your neighbor's daughter or son (depending on your preferences). ((or dog, goat, sheep, horse, cat ... etc)).

Seriously though, I'd love some simple cuddling and kissing animations for the romantic interest of a game character. Spare me the cheapassed animations of sex for something far better.

Isn't it a bit odd that it's ok to chop off arms and legs with machete or blow people into pieces but you have to rate a game 18+ to show nudity or a kiss on the lips?

yeha probably, some are idneed like: WOW, why even why?
I miss old morrorwind mod,s they were kinda more realistic , but every since skyrim a strange amount of mods happened far outside of any form of realism. Especially those breats sizes that exceed brahmin udders.

I liked getting some better bodies for Morrowind and new Vegas, but skyrim and FO4 will go vanilla for me.

For me it's more of a realism thing... You have dismembered bodies laying around without arms and legs, but somehow the standard issue white underwear will always stay in perfect place.
I mean.... What's the odds that not a single raider has been trying to cup a feel of there victims... Or undressing them before nailing them to a pole for maximum humiliation.
