Mods and console

Hey guys, maybe you can help me
I downloaded a few Mods and want to try them out, how do I get them via console?

Do you mean on a console like xbox or the ` console?

If its the ` console then it depends on the mod you downloaded.

Well I use the PC; I downloaded the Mod, activated them but I can't spawn them; console works thx for the key

more info would help. like which mods, etc. Usually mods are activated once you download them, depending on how, you don't need to use "console" commands to use them. So more info would help.

Well, I downloaded 2 Mods so far: PTRS 41 and the M1 Garand one; I saw a few days ago a Mod called Mosin Nagant, but the Problem is, that it is from Nexus and I have no clue how to spawn them find them etc.

nexus mods it will say right in the description how to activate the mod, and how the mod works. The mod description states that the Mosin Nagant sniper rifle will start to spawn when you reach level 25, which means that once you hit level 25 the rifle will start to drop as random loot from enemies, and will start to appear in shops. From what i've read it doesn't appear often so if you really really want one you'll have to use the console command to make one appear i guess.

If all you want to do is get them without having to find them normally...

help "nagant" 4
Look for the line that tells you it's a weapon (WEAP) with the name you're expecting. That line will also give you an 8 character long hex string. Then use
player.additem XXXXXXXX
where you put the hex string instead of the X's.

You can use the same functionality to look up and add any item in your game, just replace what's inside the quotation marks after "help" with whatever you're looking for.

And what about the other mods? PTRS and M1 Garand? How do I spawn them?

again, says right in the description area how to use the mod, what is needed, and how you get the items. You can do the reading there isnt' any reason i should read it and tell you what it says.
