STRINGS folder help

so...i get ctd just after 1 sec or less...
and searched network...and someone says that STRINGS folder is missing and had ctd...what is in that folder...

wasting your time posting that it its just the generic copy paste response in this forum which never goes anywhere anyway

as for the folder being "missing" the folder doesnt exist anymore, it was removed some time last year by default and the game reads it from archives
whoever told you that is talking out their arse

you can see the clown below is just copy pasting 3 years old info from google
the folder does not exist

i was playing with MO2 ...so the game folder was not touched

Strings are your language files
your drive>steam>steamapps>common>fallout4>data>strings
Should have these in there

Fallout4_en.DLSTRINGS
Fallout4_en.ILSTRINGS
Fallout4_en.STRINGS

For English version

Where can I get them?

Just a few in Google.

But first reverify your game if missing then that should replace them.
Steam Library - games - r/click Fallout4>properties>local files> reverify cache

There is this too
Go to Steam > settings > interface and change lanuage there as well as you may use english or another (my bad).
Top left of page click on steam and then the rest.
