DevNotes had not been updated the last I checked. Content updates do not change the runtime for Fallout4.exe and doesn't edit Fallout4.esm, so there must have been some changes.

BGS moved forward from Fallout 4 long time ago, so I do not expect any actual bug fixes. However, they did made valid fix in previous update.

We will see what is going on, when DevNotes finally update. It annoys me to no end that Bethesda doesn't bother to update DevNotes, when update comes out.

What is the usual lag between patch notes and an update?

They did say they intended to make CC content updates less intusive in the future, so maybe some of that was added in this update?

From what I have found they have added some patches from the console versions but even that info in none conclusive.

From few hours to few days.

It depends on what they were working with. If they were in the process of testing new RC, or fixing something else, then it may take longer to F4SE to get sorted out.

Otherwise it may be out tomorrow.

It ends the debate about CC content being .esl only.
