You have to have the looksmenu properly set up, and then go to the body slide folder to start it, then tick the body morph checkbox, and build your body once. To learn more, go to looksmenu page and read how to enable in game slider.

Cbbe core - this is the first thing you need to download, it has a few body for you to choose from.
Body slide - this is the second separate thing you need to get if you are not satisfied with those bodies that came with the core file, you can make body with this and adjust clothes to fit it.
Looksmenu - third separate thing you need for changing body in the starting game bathroom. With core, body slide and this , 3 things together you can do it.

Do you have the looksmenu Mod?

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12631

Do you have its requirements Fallout 4 Script Extender.

http://f4se.silverlock.org/

Do you have both installed correctly and active in your plugins file?

Options are in BodySlide application. Do you mean that no sliders appear, when you run the application?

Lets make this easy:

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Sliders\CBBE.esp
(or whereever you installed Fallout 4 to)

Do you have a file called sliders.json ? (this is the file that tells the Looksmenu Mod to have sliders available in advanced mode in the body part (Triangle thingy) in character creation)

If No then you have a problem. If yes continue.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\meshes\actors\character\characterassets
(or whereever you installed Fallout 4 to)

Do you have a file called Femalebody.tri (File generated to provide morph parameters for the Body Mesh, or at least thats what I know it as, I could be mistaken)

If no then you have a problem. If Yes we will discuss more when you report.

So the next questions are:

Have you downloaded Outfit Studio (Used to alter and create presets to apply to ingame meshes for outfits or are you using default CBBE Body times (Slim, Vanilla, Curvy, etc).

and

Where are you accessing Lookmenu?

1. Start of the Game?
2. Surgery in Diamond City
3. Console (SLM 14) command?
4. Mod - Such as Looksmirror or something similer?

Tried using looksmenu and that didn't work

So in Outfit Studio you are not getting Sliders?

What outfit are you selecting. What preset are you using? select a Vanilla Outfit like Vault Suit and a CBBE Preset like Slim, Vanilla or Curvey.

Those will be the two top left boxes.
