!!URGENT!! MODS DELETED BY ITSELF

I launched F4 today and all my mods were gone. But... not actually. I can still hear the modded radio and i can see modded weapons in console by typing help. All of my structures are gone, all of my weapons are gone (the modded ones of course), basically everything is gone except this stupid radio that didnt worked somehow for 2 months (Existence 2.0). And i see that my mods are there, even the loading screens are from mods (like the ones from the Halo weapons mod or Bow mod). The only thing that i did today, is installing a tent mod. Yesterday i installed awckr (misspelled that, the one for extended weapon frameworks or something) and a better drifter suit but they were making too much conflicts for my 250+ existing mods, so deleted and played an hour or so yesterday without problems. Today - i install a tent mod, launch the game and everything is gone.
Any help? Please?

Oh yes and the game appears to be uninstalled by over a month now (month ago all of my games got "uninstalled" due to the library update) sooo i dont think that it will update, if steam thinks that the game is not there.

Same thing happened to me, when I loaded last night's game save all my mods unloaded , weapon mods that had a quest all reset and my character is in his underwear and all my weapons are gone out of inventory.

Yes... Steam is a piece of ♥♥♥♥. The game APPEARS to be uninstalled, but i can launch it. Like, i played it for a two weeks (if not more, well, it happened when the Steam Library update came, all of my games uninstalled and i had to relocalize them, didnt worked for F4 however) without any problems. Until yesterday.

UGH hate these topics, hey this might sound odd but you know if you remove the game folder from steam then delete the game from library you won't get anymore updates or need to ever fix f4se again unless a newer mod requires a higher version, & the game will still launch via f4se in a mod manager.

Granted you won't have the newest creation club stuff to buy but is that really a downside.

& yep you def went over 250 there wow makes me feel like my games is unmodded with its only 107.

I love how each player can have such a different version based on their mod choices.

Yep, my list is definetly above 250. But the game shouldnt do it anyways. I just added three mods which two of them i deleted. If the game wanted to delete every single mod, it would do it long time ago.

Happened to me in Skyrim, my impression is it's caused by some kind of load-failure or corrupt save.

No, there is no limit on mods. There is a limit on plugins. You can have 256 plugins of the esp/esm type. Then you can have around 4096 plugins that are either esl or have the ESL flag set.

When peopele say 255 mods limit they mean mods with eps´s, esl is rather new.

There are also plenty of texture mods that have no plugin. It just seems that if we are going to talk about numerical limits we might as well have clear definitions of what we are talking about. esl/ESL's have been around for a little over 2 years now, they have been around long enough for people to be educated on them.
