Anyone knows that Molerat Den has a resource and enemy respawn timer? I would really like to make a base out there but i dont want to block myself from gaining resources and xp from this place. Btw its located under the Red Rocket near Sanctuary.

And yes, i have a Conquest mod installed.

Everything should respawn in 3 game days, if you do not visit it in the meantime, unsure how Conquest mod deals with respawns. Check for any info on enemy respawn with the mod.

Altough I've seen some items and enemies respawn even after 1 ingame day has passed.

Yep, this is extremely annoying when you are exploring a small city like Fort Hagen and when you are going back home you see that some buildings are unexplored but you remember them. And this gives a solid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Well i will come back to Molerat Den in like 7 days and i will see.

There is a mod called Basement Living. You could make a mole rat style room under Red Rocket.
