Starlight Drive-in NPC spawn point messed up?
My main settlement is Starlight Drive in, and you know that bridge several meters away from the settlement beyond the bus where every time you visit it, near it you can find enemies or some kind of npc, be it raiders, Mechanist robots, mirelurks, or whatever.

Well, several saves ago, several Automatron robots spawned there, so I killed them all. I then went about my business with the game, but when I came back, I noticed that their corpses were still there, which was odd, because monst corpses in the area despawn within a day or two. Several gameplay hours later, they're still there. Along with that, it seems as if the only NPC/enemy to spawn in that area anymore are scavengers and raiders. Whenever I talk to the scavengers, they always comment on the joys of looting corpses, so I assume that their spawning is due to the robot corpses which are still there. Even worse, after visiting that area several more times, and finding only raiders and scavengers every single time, many of the raider and scavenger corpses seem to be stuck to the location as well, never ever despawning.

I always liked that npc spawn point, because it was easy to get to, and there was a wide variety of enemies and others that I could find there. Suffice it to say this annoys me.

Is there any way I can correct this to get back the variety of enemies that this area used to be known for? (Preferably without retreating to a previous save, as I have progressed a great deal since all this began.)

Rusty Devil's robots doesn't disappear unless you use console command to make them go away. The same thing to Sunshine Tidings Co-op when ghouls were the first enemy that step in that area.
Their corpses are still there unless I use some modification that can scrap organic thing ( do exist on Nexus or use console command to zap them.

Unfortunately no. Eventually all random encounter locations hit a "dud" then never spawns anything afterwards.

The unofficial mod patch does decrease this from happening, but it still happens eventually.
