Eyes of beauty and commonwealth cuts not working

I have both these mods installed and whenever i create my character at the start it shows the items from both mods but they dont work, i get the bald head glitch with commonwealth cuts and the eyes dont change at all when i select them. I cant figure out whats going on because ive used them before and they have worked
