Dirty body race.

I know there are mods that change your player body texture to a dirty version (like raiders and gunners), but you need to uninstall them each time you want to play as a clean person again which totally ruins the roleplay experience trying to uninstall and install it over and over with long wait times.

Is there a console command that does this? Is it a race? It will be much easier if I can just player.setrace (or another command) instead of leaving the game and uninstalling the mod again.

The engine has it so a player could change textures like the power armor paint but it isnt used for anything else other than that sort of thing as of yet. It could be a mod to say wash up to get clean but none yet i know of and it was never in the game. ES VI may have something like that.

You can manipulate a lot of aspects of your character appearance in-game with that, including full-body overlays which might be exactly what you're looking for.
