Another easy find is on the roof of Wicked Shipping, has about 40 in it. Although that duffel bag on the roof is exempt from the cell reset bug Wicked Shipping has.

If I may add to the already helpful information, I found that checking every Restaurant and Gas Station (places that have Cash Registers, as the USA utilized/uses Cash heavily) are great places to stock up on Pre-War Money. There are many locations/shops all over.
