Safari Adventure glitched

I am taking over the different parts of Nuka-world and I managed to skip the very first part of the quest where it tells me to investigate the source of the gatorclaw infection but I still managed to complete the quest after reaching the end where it said deal with Cito and his family but it was glitched so I had to use this command (setstage 060260e2 175) to skip it but now it still tells me to complete the first objective. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
