Atomic Radio, has a lot of radio drama's and funny skits.
Old World Radio, its not like it was in Fo3 mod, its got about a dozen stations now with differrent themes, drama's, funny skits, old music, and original fan music.
I need that music in my game.
After looking at that playlist, I can almost guarantee it was because those songs are not public domain and the mod author had no permission to publish them in his mod.
Lucky for me, I still have the mod file downloaded from years ago when the mod was still public so I could always reupload it for others in need of it.
both are top tier imo and fit somehow into the game's setting
TotC was a great mod.

and yet it persists. Funny thing is the version I had stopped working but your version, Bong Water, worked for me except MO2 kept crashing installing it so I had to unzip and rezip it is all.
