Vault 81 Bug (Katy)
When i try to talk to Katy she is just looking at me and doing nothing. Can someone explain it ? It is a bug or i need to talk to her in different way ?

if i finished Hole In The Wall it is not possible to start this quest ?

The quest should have been before Hole in the Wall.....you know to go retrieve Ashes, then when you get back the boy got bit.
