There might be some CC.

I personally use a mod called EndorsCustomCombatArmor from Nexus. It has a lot of variety. It takes a little practice to figure out what does what but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty sweet. It has colors, Textures (Carbon Fiber, Camo, Decripet Looking or Brand New and Shiny), and alot of Decals (symbols you can place on your Combat Armor.) I think it requires AWKR so doublecheck the requirements.
Always. Using any image editing software with DDS plugin you can easily change anything you want.
Here are some of my reskins:

As long you have in hands Bethesda Archive Extract you can edit many files.

CC has like a dozen schemes now you can use on leather, combat, metal armor, etc.

One for each faction, then ones that match the Hot Rod mags, then you got misc ones like Gunners, Vault-Tec etc.

The Nuka-Cherry scheme is currently free.

Correct. The CC usually offers something free every week. It changes on Thur afternoon. The armor paints are frequently offered for free.

The Creation Club including those paint schemes also means that there's now a standard method for adding paint to armour as a modification, and all any new mod needs to do is create some paint textures and make use of the functionality that Bethesda added to support the CC material.

Yeah, good luck trying to convince the trolls on that. You forgot the same group of trolls you are trying to convince rant about CC breaking their F4SE.

There are always free versions of these. I actually get them now and then.

NEVER USE THE CREATION CLUB! Nexusmods.com has thousands of free re-skins. CC is a massive scam and doesn't need to exist.

Go back to buying gambling loot boxes and stop disrespecting good stores. Better yet go buy a picture of a star ship from Star Citizen for 200 dollars and hope it works some day. :)

Nexusmods.com is excellent and glad you agree.

You just bought the game and you are suddenly an expert all about CC? You thought people would forget your whining about your charisma 1 build that cant build workbenches.

The only scam about CC is the anti-CC rants.
But Bethesda Archive Extract isn't a modification. Is just a tool that pull the original files in the game directory and nothing more. After you will need is any image edit software that read DirectDraw Surface.

It comes with the game right? I have this and use it but i dont know where i got it lol.

Everyone on this forum should start this up at least once and unpack one of the texture files or mesh files to see how simple and yet interesting modding is, and replacing the radio music is like a must if anyone does want to go through the step of repacking.
