Has anyone else heard a specific voice actor not listed?

I swear I hear Thomas Hayden Church as a random settler saying things like "I can't remember the last time I had clean fingernails" and the like. I heard him in Sanctuary for sure and maybe other settlements. But he is not listed on the wiki as a voice actor. The voice is very distinct unlike anyone else I have heard.

The crew button in the game menu should list everyone that was involved including the voice actors used in the game and what part they voiced.

Though I would think that is what the wiki used to start with.

Sometimes the people you think you hear are not the who they turn out to be.

Like Rose in Fallout 76, she sounds a LOT like Emily Hampshire (Jennifer Goines, 12 Monkeys) only it turned out to be someone else.

Especially when they mess with the sound/voice editing.

I remember there's a mod for Skyrim, something about teenager companion girls scattered in various inns. The goal wasn't to make a companion mod, the author's intention was to test how many different ways they could modulate the same voice to produce different characters.
