Second understand that it does make mistakes.

Third always read the full description of a mod as well as any information the mod author has said on the matter.
Sometimes the falsely identified ITM records are needed for a mod to work correctly.
If it aint broke dont @#$% with it.

Not quite, Its a MASSIVE mod so knowing if its "broke" or not is an infinite possibility to when the "broke" time will happen.
Of course, out of my 90 mods, only 10 warnings pop up and I think most of them are telling me to clean the official masters. They aren't common, but in most cases (related to quality mods; see above) they also aren't going to break anything.
