Custom colors for skin and hair?

Does anyone know how to create and apply custom colors for skin and hair at the surgery center? Do I need to have a mod for that? Thanks, guy's...Any help would be appreciated!

Edit: I found the problem...I had to uninstall/reinstall my Looksmenu to get the custom color functionality in my game. Thanks for your help, guys.

I have both LooksMenu and Looks Menu Compendium. For hair-style mods, I have Commonwealth Cuts, Azure Ponytails, and one other that I can't remember its name; HA! Takes me like a half-hour to scroll through them all!
