Quartermastery BOS quest
I was sent to recover the capacitor at "The Brooks Head LightHouse. The map marker takes me to a bout outside the Quest Starter House for Far Harbor.
I have scoured the entire boat and its literally right on top of the quest marker!
Bug?

That lighthouse is in Far Harbor. The map marker is there because the Far harbor area is not being displayed.

No. It's just that the location you need to go to is in Far Harbour. That quest marker is doing the same job as one where it's pointing you to an interior cell.
