Far Harbor: Floating Burning Oil ID?
I have a fun idea to set up some traps using this flimsy, flaming oil that expands and contracts randomly: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1846222172 I just need the ID of it that works with "Placeatme" and a specific target.

Nice double-bladed staff, I didn't know that was out, can I get a link?
Also I don't think you can just place at me with that floating burning oil, I can be 101% wrong but I think that kind of stuff is best used if you place it via the Creation Kit.

it's on far harbor, when do the mission of collecting the power couplings for the synth so his servers don't overload, the oil shifts in such a way that it is a constant fire hazard, expanding and contracting,
usually hazards like these all have a base ID to enable "placeatme" functions, if theres more than one fiery oil spill that means several Base ID's.

There are base ID's for furniture, lighting, hazards, explosion effects, just the interactive actor, aka the "invisible button" that promps you to press E, you can even spawn doors in front of you using said base ID's.
