Basically, i mean it with the BoS ending when you can actually see him on the Boston Airport wantering around, not caring if you get every single BoS soldier against you if you dare to attack him.

Did anyone ever tried?

"In Fallout 4, it is possible to target Liberty Prime in V.A.T.S.. Liberty Prime, however, is immune to any form of damage, much like in Fallout 3. As well, he never turns hostile against the player if shot at. "

It appears you can't kill him without mods.

You can drop an airship on him, which seems to have a similar effect (or maybe he's just buried).
