Toilets (Lou)

I have been trying to spawn a clean, intact toilet for my home on Spectacle Island.
You know of course that those aren't available in the regular workshop.
I've tried various console commands and still no luck.
So if anyone has the information I would need to spawn a proper toilet, I would appreciate it.

Is there a specific command?
I've tried
player.additem xxxxxxxxx
and
player.placeatme xxxxxxxx
and
Some other command I can't recall from the wiki.

I personally like using the mod CWSS Redux v2 - Craftable Working Showers Sinks Baths Toilets Urinals Kitchens etc[www.nexusmods.com] which adds functioning sound effect 's to the toilet and your character undresses for the showers and sings in the shower
