Alien Blaster

So I finally got around to investigating the crashed UFO, and frankly, the Alien Blaster is lame.
Only 50 damage, and you can't mod it much except to convert it to use fusion cells. Since you can't get it until at least level 20, I was expecting something better. Am I missing something?

The alien weapons from the Creation Club mod are a lot better. The Alien Rifle does quite a bit of damage. There is also a root cellar where you can find a dead alien, and there is more alien ammo to be found there..

It is one of the many weapons that appear to be far better than they are. One of the worst offenders in fact.

On the bright side you can sell the worthless piece of trash for thousands of caps in Diamond City.

Interesting. The author considers the AB and Lorenzo's pistol to be about as good as a
Deliverer, which is what I carry for small stuff like roaches.
