Defend castle against brotherhood bug

After destroying the Prydwen and then they attack the castle, i've been stuck on 70% for ages. anyone know how to fix?

I think the Wiki says something about this, I'd check. But I know it's a common bug. I think sometimes it's from killing them too fast?

I might remove all of my turrets then and just shoot them every now and again. I verified my cache and then they came a lot quicker and it went fine until it hit 70% never gotten above it and ive done it around 7 times from the start and quests before it.

The wiki says oftentimes enemies get lost or distracted. I think if you shoot down Vertibirds, sometimes the occupants survive. They may be off killing Mirelurks. It's all I can think of, good luck.

i took my time and let them land and then killed them off slowly and its still stuck at 70%. i dont think ill ever complete it

i even tried ending the quest with console and it works, however ronnie nor preston will talk to me apart from trading and the "defend the castle" quest finishes, however it still says defeat the brotherhood attack on the castle for "with our powers combined" quest

I think what I would do is load a save where BoS still is ok. What I did was follow the BoS quest to the elimination of the Institute and finished in good standing as a Sentinel. I also still am the General of the MM. Both of us rule the Commonwealth now. I never did get the 2 quests you mention in your post. Go figure and I'm happy with my ending.

Says a lot for the dev team. Out 4 years, one of the most popular games, and still people are finding new bugs and glitches. Makes the game interesting during replays.

go to the airport after the fire is gone. in second floor there are a bunch of knight who stayed behind for backup i think. its not bug. its random event. i didnt start walking around the map searching for bug. the first i do its to travel there. see if any khights got stucked by the explosion and they cant move out. mine. was on the second floor as i said. for buckup if the airport got attack from behind. i think. bu i think is not a bug guys
