I've tried all of that. In fact, it's been weeks of game time and I've probably been in and out of Diamond City dozens of times. I've tried talking to Cooke again, as well as Paul's wife, and I made sure both Nelson Latimer and Marowski were still alive. In all my play-throughs of FO4, I've never had this happen. It's weird.
That's a great clue. This is my first play-through with Depravity and likewise the first time I've experienced this issue with Diamond City Blues. I'll try disabling Depravity and see if that works. Thanks for the tip!
You answered your own question.
Go back to a save before you screwed up everything by 'entering the cheat room'. The cheat room isn't for finishing the game it's for seeing all the possible cool stuff. You can't then *use* things there, because it'll break the game.
