If you know how to navigate the file system, you can delete the directory that holds the body files and then verify your game in Steam to have them reloaded, or,
You can uninstall the game, delete the game files, reinstall, or,
Read the description of the mod where you downloaded it from, make sure you have all the associated mods required to make the body mod work properly.
some mods comes with loose files. Disabling them does not mean that those loose files are "disabled". The game will load these nonetheless if the parent plugin (.esp/.esl/.esm) got disabled. It is likely that you have installed a mod with loose files. Check your Data folder for "Texture" and "Meshes" folder. The former contains texture files being used by your mesh files in the other folder. If these are present, the engine will load it.
Either clean it up yourself or remove those mods by the mod manager and verify it yourself.
Yours problem is a good example why mod authors should archive their stuff instead of lingering loose files around.
This is impossible because there is NO Steam workshop for Fallout 4.
Why are you bothering with Bethesda mods at all? Just go to Nexus.
The mottled female body you're describing is actually a very simple problem - you have a mismatch between the body mesh and the body texture. For example, if you install a CBBE based body, you MUST also install CBBE compatible textures. The reverse is also true - if you keep the vanilla body, you cannot use textures made for the CBBE body. Both of these conditions will result in what you're seeing in your game. Uninstall your body replacer AND any textures you may have installed, and reinstall them properly.
This would affect not only you, but ALL females in the game UNLESS you're using one of the unique player mods. In that case, you need re-check your installation since you definitely screwed it up.
WHAT "adjustments" in Vortex? Vortex is a mod manager. All it does is install and delete files associated with mods and sort your plugins according to LOOT.
Assuming that you've installed CBBE, did you actually build the body in Bodyslide? That's the step that replaces the vanilla body with the the CBBE body in your game.
If you're not sure what I'm talking about, I strongly suggest that you READ the mod page for CBBE or whatever body you've installed.
