Tenpines Bluff happiness < 80 Why ? Problem of beds maybe ?
I have a concern for happiness in the colony of TenPines Bluff, I have provided them the same as other colonies that they have 80 of happiness. But Tenpines Bluff does not want to go up to more than 73, and it even stayed at 60-66+ for a long time.

Apparently when I repaired the destroyed house at the bottom of the colony, my roofs did not like them, I put the wall-roofs to 2 layers (maybe useless but good at least I'm sure that it is not because of the roof)

At one point I made the mistake of wanting to give the original 2 inhabitants (a man and a woman) two other beds in the house that I repaired, but they never wanted to go, they can not sleep only in the 2 beds of the little cabin. Moreover, by the way, what is the absurd reason for developers to allocate beds to people without being able to change them !!? Why ? This is a source of trouble and bugs. Have they never anticipated this, a source of trouble and problems, because the player does not necessarily know (it's not written in a manual) that some beds are linked exclusively to a person and can not be changed !!?

In short, at the end, at a time, other people had even taken the place of the initial couple, so I gave other beds to these people who had nothing to do there (in the 2 first beds).

So I wonder if this is not a bed problem that prevents the colony from going up to 80.

I have another question, if I do a mod and I delete these "special" beds related to 2 inhabitants, and that I give two other normal beds without scripts, without anything, will it work? Could this lead to other bugs, quests or other ...?

I specify that each settler has a job, of course.
Food, lot of defense, water, roofs, light, ....etc.

Do you have any Robots there? They have afaik a Happiness cap, because of that you can't get max happiness in Grey Garden for example.

No, in Tenpines Bluff, only humans and a ghoul, not robots like in Grey Garden or other.

Ugh I deleted my reply by mistake..
Anyway, what I said...

Have you tried putting down a wooden prefab from the workshop menu with two beds in it? Make sure they can get to the beds by adding steps if necessary, as the terrain at Tenpines is pretty uneven.

I never really liked that original hut they had with the two sleeping bags in. Looked pretty crummy lol.

The two original beds are counted as not being under cover. This keeps that settlements happiness down.

Only way of dealing with it is via scrapping mods or console commands by making sure you have what you wanted to get rid of selected, go into console and type

disable

First, then after that

markfordelete

No, I didn't try this. I'll try. I know it's uneven, despite that I put fences everywhere around and I'm pretty happy for the result.
Floor and stairs are no problem they have and will have access to their bed.

OK, that's another good idea, but it's not likely to cause other problems, kidnapping quests or other ...???

[EDIT]

Not noticed any bugs from just deleting beds via console command no, I've used it in other settlements where the beds are placed in a daft way and you can not move or interact with them normally in the build menu (eg The Slog).

Got to make sure its the bed you have selected for deletion though so save before you go into console each time. Oh and hit enter after disable and again after markfordelete

Really? I thought that if you have robots their max happiness can't go less than 50, so it's a purely beneficial trait. I mean, I have plenty of robots in Sanctuary (most of them are provisioners) and the happiness is a steady 90.
