Bobblehead bug?

I just got the Repair Bobblehead and have it in my inventory, however, I dont find the perk listed anywheree. Is this a bug or am i missing something?

Doesn't give you a perk, it "Just works"

No perk associated with it, just extends your fusion core usage by 10%.

you don't have to keep the bobbles in your inventory to have the "perks" added by them work.
same with the magazines.

ok - thanks guys. It never updated as a perk on the unoffical perks list under status so i thought it wasnt giving me credit.

yep once you pick up magazines and bobbles, etc you get the benefits, just stick it in your bobblehead display case.

There's nothing worse than the, "Don't sweat it", or "You're being too technical/pedantic/whatever" responses... The OP wasn't "sweating it"... He asked why there was no evidence to account for the fact that he found that particular bobblehead.
For example, I was just now trying to figure out why my "Perception" attribute shows:
Perception (+) 5
having forgotten that I had found the Perception Bobblehead a while back.
It is a legitimate question for me to ask, "Why doesn't the Perks list (or some other list) show that the '+' on my Perception is being provided by the Perception Bobblehead?" And I wouldn't be "sweating it" if I did ask such a question...
