Can't uncap framerate

I really want to set my FPS to 80 with ENB options, but I can't uncap the framerate from 61, I've tried everything from NVIDIA control panel to Nvidia inspector to Fallout4config to manually editing the .inis, nothing, Vsync on or off, the game runs at 61 fps. Any idea how to fix this? please don't give me that ♥♥♥♥ about the game being made to run at 60 fps.

Sorry, tired of the same thing over and over is all. I mentioned that I already did the normal steps to uncap the framerate, but it isn't working still. Maybe change your attitude about your rediculous prejudice against vac-banned players?

I dont like cheaters either, but it shouldnt be a life long stain to have it visible like that for years after years.

Make sure the ini files are not set to read only, then you will need something to cap you're frame rate at 80.

The ini files have been set to IPresentInterval=0 this whole time, and it's still stuck at 61 fps. I can cap it using ENB, that's not a problem.

Thanks. If you're curious what happened, Retarded 15 year old me tried to use cheat engine on a rust multiplayer server, and it triggered the anti cheat xD.

the answer is you can even with 120 fps and the right mods. i can not recommend to uncap framerate. the game does not gain anything if you do that, it only additionally heats up your rig for noting. this game and engine runs optimal with 60 fps, trust me! i play this game with ultra 4k settings.
