Should I get Fallout 4 GOTY or the basic game?

Im buying fallout 4 on my computer, I had it on xbox before but now I have transitioned into pc.
On Xbox I had the basic game but I was wondering if it was worth picking up the GOTY edition on the winter sale.

The base game is 15€ and the game with dlc is 30€ witch means the dlc costs as much as the base game. Is the GOTY edition worth it?

Yeah, just get the GotY. If you liked Fallout 4 enough to even consider getting it twice, you'll find that Nuka World, Automatron and Far Habor are both easily worth another $15 together, and the workshop stuff is just an added bonus.

Buy the goty but not on steam, if you are european get it on instagaming, I payed like 18€

i bought the base game, and after about 2 hours i went back and got the season pass.
i feel that i spent my money well.
i'm on the PC and if you're on the PC i recomend NOT getting the CC.
tthe CC is a good thing in that it is for playstation players, and for them i do recomend it whole heartedly.
i use the nexus mod manager and LOOT for the fun mods at nexus, but the plain vanilla game is really good for those folks that are purists and would never use mods.
i played for a while, maybe 20 hours i don't remember how long before installing the mod manager and now have well over 100 mods, mostly graphical things
i do like sim settlements and several mods for that mod and the companion heather.
heather can actually be stealtht, and keep her pretty little rear end out of the line of fire in combat.
oh yea, she hacks all terminals for me now, but it took a while for her to learn how to hack worht a hoot.
she's learned how to be pretty good at it now.

The factions added by each DLC alone makes it worthwhile tbh, let alone the extra content and gameplay. While before I might have only had one character for each main faction (4) now I can have one for all of the DLC factions, which brings it up to 8 or 9. That's a lot of playtime.

GoTY is the best buy, no question. Buying Fo4 and the season pass seperately would cost much more even on sale, and when its not on sale the season pass is $50. And to top it off, more and more mods are going to require all the dlc as time goes by.

yes i think that the way i did it, buy the base game then add the season pass should have been just to buy the full pack in the first place.
but still i don't feel that my money was wasted, i just could have done a better job of spending it more effeciently.

MFW steam change to ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Asian money and GOTY edition with every DLC is cheaper than the game itself.
