Radio Stopped Working
As the title says, my radio is no longer working. When I select the station I will hear static when I first tune it in but that is it. I do have radio mods installed. I have tried everything I could find. I tried waiting 24 hours, I tried turning the radio volume in settings all the way down, saving, then raising the volume back up, disabled all radio mods, loaded and saved with them disabled then re-enabled them, and nothing seems to be working. This goes for all radio stations. Vanilla, mod, all of them and I have no idea how long ago they quit working so trying to find a save where they did work isn't really viable. At least I can still get radio based quests from listening to dead air.

Update: when I load a previous save the radio works fine. Also, since vanilla stations are affected, it doesn't seem to be a mod issue. I have also gone and done a quest, then slept two in-game days, and the radio on my current play through is still not working. I'm over 20 hours in and I would hate to have to restart but if I do I guess at least I'm not a hundred hours in.

Update 2: seems the radio broke about 10 hours back. Also looking up console commands for the radio was pointless as there are not any that control the radio stations that I can find.

I get that too and the only mods I have installed for the radio are More Where They Came From and Elvani's Track Pack add on for the afore mentioned mod.

The radio near Nick's always has static and I can't figure out why.

Wild West radio plays if you change station you can't it get back. Uninstall and reinstall works most of the time.

It is basically a vanilla bug that pops up now and then, turning off radio and playing without it for a couple of ingame days usually makes it work again.

I haven't tried this yet. I'll give it a shot.

I'm running 4 radio mods: Blues Radio/Existence 2.0/Jet Fuel Radio & Reneer's Radio Mod. I had an issue like yours a few weeks ago, it stemed from the Jet Fuel mod.

I uninstalled and deleted Jet Fuel (always a bit risky in the middle of a playthrough), re-downloaded, re-installed, sorted load order w/Loot. Went back in game, and everything worked fine, and has been ever since. Could have been that I just had a corrupted download the first time.

But I can't play without Jet Fuel, I love that mod. Also, Reneer's mod allows you to change the station of any existing radio to the station you want, I love that so I can set the mood for the area I'm in, especially settlements.

I may try this, it was working previously so I just had NMM reinstall the one I had downloaded previously but a fresh copy may help. Also Vanilla radio stations don't work either so I'm leaning towards it being unrelated to the mods. I have WRVR and the Old World Radio Compilation.

Went and did a quest, slept to in-game days and the radio is still not working. For testing purposes I loaded a really old save and the radio works fine on that. I'm going to see if I can find maybe a console command or something somewhere to reset the radio possibly.

I've been having this problem too. My Enclave Radio from the CC stopped working a little while back, and I don't know why. I think it might be because of a mod or something. Can uninstalling and reinstalling mods cause conflicts?

Possibly. I gave up and loaded a previous save where they worked.
