DOES THE MODULAR KITCHEN MOD EVEN WORK?!

So far I downloaded Settlement Menu Manager as if it is suppose to work and was required. I was looking for a good time for the mod but it never showed in one the menus like appliances menus to place the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kitchen stuff from the mod. Does it even work? So far I have nothing. Though I have Workshop Rearrangement Mod for my game. Am I missing something? Do I have to find a specific holotape for it? Previously at one time it worked but that was in Nexus Mods. This is what boils down to on Bethesda.net, Not having a mod that ♥♥♥♥ing works!

Update: I solved the problem. I had to start fresh for it to show up on the menu for building things via workbench or that back button on the controller. Seems I have been jumping to conclusions rather connecting them. Might as well walk into a brick wall.

The sinks, Stoves and kitchen parts supplied by CWSS Redux not only work but -WORK- too.

The problem is that they don't show up in the menu to build once I entered workshop mode. I'm trying to figure it out but no luck so far.
