Not really. So I just have to care about the story, the scenery and the companions. I wanna play, not calculate. Not for me, and even less for my companions... The pacrating and optimized clothing are already complicated enough. I could even dream of a mod choosing the best armor pieces and guns for me...

Personally the regrowth overhaul is my one favorite, the other 2 that I absolutely use for any playthrough are immersive gameplay, and armorsmith extended.
Regrowth completely changes the atmosphere of the wasteland, although reading the comments on the mod page, it's not for everyone , it gives a forest like feel to some areas. If you're on your second or 3rd playthrough it definitely changes exploration a lot.
Immersive gameplay is too detailed for a description here, just look up immersive gameplay on the nexus.
Armorsmith extended adds a lot to the armor system, obviously, and it allows me to customize my look and look exactly how it want to look while still having a high DT
Survival go-bags is also a must for me. I prefer the bags in that mod over the ones in wearable backpacks, and you can customize it to give you more realistic carry weight, or go "total cheater" and add 2000 to your carry weight
