RPG's are boring compared to First-Person Shooters
I was just playing FEAR 2 Project Origin while enjoying how story-based and action packed shooters are compared to RPG's.

I remember when I first played Fallout 3. I stopped playing immediately after leaving Vault 101. Why? Because there's no action, no story what so ever. All you do is walking around in this huge sandbox. It feels lonely to be honest. And every quest feel like school work!

And neither do I have any patience sitting through all that dialogue from Fallout 3. It's a never ending text box after another.

The Fallout games feel empty. They lack action, and there's nothing linear about them at all.

You were just saying F3 is the best game ever made.

I never said that. It's the best Fallout game.
Fallout 3 was awsome. I remember fondly how cute Sierra Petrova was in Fallout 3. Then I go to Nuka World and they beat her up.

Also I have been wondering how come so many music videos for Fallout New Vegas and not one for Fallout 4 and no dances in game either, not even a mod for dances? Like wtf? Like no one has even ported the NV dances yet?

Then it's a good thing you did not buy it; please avoid it like a plague. And this forum, too.
The problem is that the minute you exit Vault 101, the game is totally soulless. After Vault 101, there is only quest after quest after quest...

It's a bland world to be honest. Now if you have the patience to sit through tons of dialogue while solving quest after quest...

But if you want an action packed linear movie-like story, then Fallout is the worst game you could ever buy.
Stay with Call of Duty then.

You are again contradicting your own statements.

COD sucks. And you suck if you think that's a good example of a good shooter.

I said I just played FEAR 2 Project Origin. I never said COD you stupid noob.
you say linear like it's a good thing.

Did I say that Call of Duty is a good shooter? I did not. Reading is not your best attribute, hm? In addition to that you'll get a nice little report, because reasson.

"you stupid noob"
sound like a COD player to me. just kidding.

Fallout 4 is a post apocalyptic game. Do you think the world would be alive after a nuke? I like the atmosphere in Fallout 4. I feel lonely and the world is a mess after the nuke. Corpses und Skulls are everywhere in the buildings and outside. You can see some places, where people commited suicide and you will see it, how developers have placed the items. This game hit the theme perfectly.

I have played many survival, post apocalyptic games. But Fallout 4 hit this theme at it's best.

It sounds like the concept of playing a role is lost on you. You have to create a character and role play the game. Maybe you're a pacifist, never kill anyone etc. Maybe you're a serial killer who has to murder people of a certain type, but not get caught. Maybe you're a drug addict, getting your next hit drives all your decision making. There's endless possibilities and endless replayabilty with some imagination.

If you just make a generic character and try to get through all the quests for the sake of it and not caring about outcomes, any rpg will get boring and repetitive.

You should report yourself for pulling the COD card. That's a flamebait.

How do you compute in daily life with that attitude?
